Richard Brown

Chairman, Richard E. Brown, SPHR

Richard E. Brown is the sole Owner, President, and CEO of JE Brown Electric. Richard is a graduate of Indiana University & Beech Grove Senior High School. He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Richard co-founded JE Brown Electric with his father Eric in March 2008 and became the sole owner of the company in 2014. Richard has over 18 years of human resources management experience and is still serving on active duty in the Army National Guard as a commissioned Warrant Officer, in the role of Human Resources Technician. He previously worked as a Personal Banker for Charter One Bank (now Old National Bank). He is a leader in the civic and veterans communities, where he has served as the chief executive and continues to serve on the board of directors for several local, state, and national non-profit organizations. Richard and his wife Heather live in Franklin Township (Indianapolis) with their two sons, Andrew and Robert.

Don Brown

Vice President of Operations, Donald L. Brown II

Donald L. Brown II is the Vice President of Operations and Logistics of JE Brown Electric. Don is a graduate of Beech Grove High School. Don previously was employed by Chase Bank and the Indianapolis Airport Authority. Don's energy and organizational skills make him a valued addition to our team. Don and his wife Darla currently reside in Mooresville with their son Robbie.

Heather Brown

Vice President of Human Resources, Heather Brown

Heather Brown is a graduate of Jacksonville State University (BS, 2002) and Cascade High School. Heather is a member of the Board of Directors. She is a proud life member of the Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity's Jacksonville State University chapter and Jacksonville State University Alumni Association. Heather has over 11 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry, municipal government and public schools. A leader in the community, she has previously served as a director and treasurer for several local civic organizations. As a dedicated military spouse, Heather proudly supports the veterans’ community through volunteer service and her support for her husband. Heather and her husband Richard live in Franklin Township (Indianapolis) with their two sons, Andrew and Robert.
